Yasmin is a qualified hypnotherapist who has many years of experience working with clients using various methods, including Yoga, meditation, postural analysis, and looking at the broader aspects of biomechanics. 

This combination of experience and training makes her ideally placed to help clients with various issues.

With its emphasis on breathing practices and medita­tion—both of which help calm and centre the mind— it's hardly surprising that Yoga also brings mental benefits, such as reduced anxiety and depression.

STRESS

Stress is an adverse reaction we have to excessive pressure or other situations we face in our lives. It can leave us feeling overwhelmed or overloaded by the demands placed upon us.

DIET

Eating well – which means having a balanced diet full of vegetables and nutrients – can improve your sense of wellbeing and mood. The relationship between our diet and our mental health is complex. However, research shows a link between what we eat and feel.
